I had also made these for my Dad for Father's Day, last year. His reaction when I put them out on the table was priceless. When anyone reached for one, he would give them the 'stink-eye'. I asked him if he wanted to take some home and he whacked me in the arm (playfully) for asking such a dumb question! I think heaven opened up for him and heard angels sing.

Karen, it's simple. Don't remember if it's Duncan Heinz or Betty crocker, but one of them makes a brownie mix "Triple fudge chunk". Bake the brownies, and when they're done, I drizzle on first some home made caramel sauce, then cover it with lots of mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped nuts on top. Cover pan with tin foil and put in the oven (with the oven off, the residual heat will do what it needs to do). Ta-da! I almost brought some to my dentist one time....... Rolling on the floor laughing
