A bee swarm is non-aggressive, but still -- they can't use the house for their hive!

(this - the non-aggressive part - is assuming they were actually bees and not wasps or hornets -- we had a bunch of hornets living behind our siding at one time Thumbs down )

Depends, some species of honey bee can be very aggressive and they do do exist in some southern, southwestern states.
