I am pretty sure it is grape or grape related and most grapes sold at stores are seedless, so it is most likely a wild grapevine deposited by a bird.
If you choose to wait and see what it is , you might want to consider potting it up. Wild grapevines can be hard to get rid of once they get a foot hold.
