IF you have identifiable separate plants there, each with its own roots, you can simply use scissors, shears, or a knife and cut the plants from the "mother" plant a the base. You can also cut off the tops, about 6" segments, dip the moist ends in rooting hormone, and then pot them up in seed-starter mix. Keep the mix always moist, shaded, and warm. These tops can be a little tricky to root but they will root.
