Horseshoe..I don't have acess to a willow tree. Can you buy this willow tea anywhere? You mentioned it needs to be green softwood, not the dried hardwood..when you say green softwood, does that refer to the branches when the willow tree is just starting to show green in the spring? My former neighbor where we used to live had a willow tree and I could get some twigs from them..if I would remember it next Spring. Let me makes sure I understand how you make the willow tea solution. You cut the green softwood stems(whatever you call them), and you boil water in a pot and pour over the willow pieces, cover it and let it steep in that hot water for how long? You don't boil the willow in the pot of water on the stove, right? Do you strip the bark off the willow stem first? The boiling water won't stay hot for very long, does that make a difference in the steeping process or do you have to keep changing water? Duh! Sure would be easier if this can be purchased commerically.

Where do you buy those pretty rooting containers that you can hang up from the ceiling?
