My badly damaged Scarlet O'Hara shrub bloomed in March (and is still in bloom).
The healthy Scarlet O'Hara shrub always blooms weeks later and did so this year and also still in bloom:

A pussy willow and a small leaf Rhododendron I can't identify bloomed next. The Rhododendron is still in bloom. The pussy willow is done.
