I don't drink it either. I make it for my dog. It has totally cured him of scratching non-stop. I just have a little pill bottle I pour off for myself that I use. And by the way, I only put it on a couple days a week. The way it works is by changing the microbiome on your skin. The good bacteria in the kefir replaces the bad bacteria that are causing/exacerbating your skin condition. I usually re-apply after I get out of the pool because of the chlorine, but I don't seem to need to after showering.
