Not to give you a headache or anything, but here are two of my diagrams from this year. And once you go to the trouble of getting it all plotted out the first time, then you can go in and make changes each year and it's no longer the time-consuming task that it was the first time. There are software programs that do this, but I prefer to scrunch up in my recliner in front of the TV, stick my tongue in my cheek and scribble away! But then I'm a list-maker, so I actually enjoy doing this type of thing...
