that's why I was wishing I could stockpile some of it! 
My season started much earlier than before as well. Almost no winter here so I guess they thought it was spring early. My town has a daffodil festival in March - this year almost all the daffodils were already bloomed out and gone before the festival because they started blooming in late January and early February!
