I would be having trouble keeping up either way. And I agree with the points everyone has made. For this year at least I am posting so few I'll use the generic thread. I'll re-think it next year. (Isn't procrastination convenient sometimes! Hilarious! )

Along another line I posted some photos of a Hummingbird we were watching at my mom's house. The little guy skittered out of the nest and landed in a bush and spent about a day practicing flying before he flew off. Here's a photo of him on his branch!

Now I'm back at my house for a few days rest. When I got home I discovered that the bluebird house I put up had finally been adopted but not by bluebirds! Big Grin There is a family of Titmouse (Titmice?) living there. I can count 5 babies but there may be more hiding in that bundle of feathers! I was able to get photos because it's a special house built for observing the babies. Unfortunately I leave again on Thursday and won't get to see the babies grow up. Sad

The other side of the birdhouse opens completely so you can clean the birdhouse between seasons.
