Arlene, great article about frost. One thing I've noticed is that the later spring frosts always seem to be around a full moon here in the PNW. It's supposed to get up into the 80's tomorrow, then cool back down and rain. So typical for our weather here. My dahlias are all planted and starting to come up. My daughter is planting hers today out on the farm. She will be planting well over 100 hill with 2-3 tubers per hole.
