Linda - I believe that pair to be a male & female Northern Oriole (Icterus galbula) and also known as "Baltimore Oriole" or "Bullock's Oriole".
The female (2nd) has the white wing bars.....and the male has the solid black head.....wonderful Halloween colors! Thumbs up
