When do people in New England (I'm Boston, zone 6a) plant their morning glory and moonflower seeds?

The packet says 65 degrees, and Farmer's Almanac says 64, but as far as I can tell it never stays over 64/65 degrees at night consistently in Boston ever; and at the suggested sowing depth of 1/4" I don't think the soil will be retaining much daytime heat.
