Dear Jo Ann, yes Anne Boleyn lived there until she met her end like another of his wives and a Queen. He however did not build it! Cardinal Wolsey built it and upset King Henry VIII, so to save his own life gave it to the King as a present. He still met his end so it made no difference. For it was not wise to upset the King then, as a lot of people found out! He also had Greenwich where I was Head Gardener as Buckingham Palace is very modern!
In fact he had a lot of places and grew in Eltham Palace which I did another Article on and so did Queen Elizabeth I.
Queen Anne Boleyn's actual home was Hever castle in Kent, before she met the King!
