Cameron, is there water standing nearby for the mosquitoes to develop in? I live in the woods but even with all the rain, I am able to sit out after dark. I use Mosquito Bits ( or Dunks) I add them to the dog water pail, bird bath, rain barrels, drip trays under the pot plants. I even put them in the bromeliads. It prevents larvae from developing and helps to control them. Worth a try...
