LaurensPasser, Thank you! This project was spread out over time because it was big so I needed to work in the yard. The weather became an issue and I ran out of cloth twice, lol. The saucer (bottom pot containing all the other draped pots) took several days of layering cement-soaked terrycloth towels and hardware cloth then a couple coats of cement slurry.

The inside draped pots only took a day to form. The most difficult part of all of this was having to brush on the copper sulfate stain solution (to get the teal blue color) and the clear sealer. The copper sulfate ruined two spray bottle before I discovered it was eating the metal components of the spray mechanism and the sealer gummed them up too. Might have been cheap Dollar Tree sprayer, also.

There is a base "ring" under the saucer for better drainage and air circulation. It took some experimenting to find something large enough. We decided on a metal tire rim that had to be cut down. A grinder was used to remove burrs then cleaned up, sandpapered, and then painted and clear sealed.

The project was more involved than I initially thought it would be, but I'm very proud of the result.
