I try to do at least one little thing everyday when here to help the garden along. Today as usual, I deadheaded the blooms, then spent a lot of time pulling more rusty leaves. Some of the plants look like they have had crew cuts. Then I hauled about six wheelbarrow loads of mulch and compost down to the bog to fill in some holes left from where I had removed some plants, still have a few left to do and the paths once again need added mulch. The worms are just devouring any organic matter I put down there.
