I've been getting seedless ones more often than not, because I cut them up half at a time, cold from the fridge, and take them over to my neighbor's pool. (We don't need to be rinsing seeds off the pool surround!)
My FIL has to watch fibers and particles like seeds, so I did take out the few little immature seeds in the "seedless" watermelon I just got. And I made him promise not to swallow the pits from the 3 cherries he had at lunch! LOL
