Need to see the base of the plant with yellow flowers, Alex. I have a weed that has yellow flowers like that. I let it grow in the Spring but remove them (pull the whole plants out of the ground) immediately if I see it about to flower. It has nice greenery and of course it's the first thing to leaf out in the Spring!! It will take over my garden if I don't pull them out.
