The tag said it was Clematis Ramona but now that the buds are opening...
I think the tag may be wrong. smh
Maybe it's: Niobe, Cardinal Wyszynski, Rouge Cardinal, Rebecca or Barbara Dibley.
The only thing I know for sure is there are a bunch of buds and the initial blooms are BEAUTIFUL!
Will have a better idea of what it is when the blooms are fully opened in the next day or two,
