I'm new to this website, but I see a lot of familiar usernames from other garden websites, so I know I'm among good gardeners. What is the best way to contact a gardener who had displayed their garden pictures on this site to make it easy for them to know which pictures I am referring to, etc. ?
Should I tell them the name of the thread and date posted and the name of the forum and post#?
If known, it would be so much easier for the person reading the thread to have the names of the plant names with the pictures. Since I'm not computer savy, I don't know what is involved in that procedure, if it is a feature that is built into the software or what. If they can't print out the name of the plant on, beside or under the photo, could they type it in same post below all the photos? Hope this makes sense. I don't know any other way to say it.
I envy you persons that know how to download pictures period. One of these days, I'll find somebody that can teach me by sitting here beside me and showing me and letting me do it for myself. I can't learn by written directions. Sorry but it is just me and a comprehension problem I've had all my life. At 69, it's not going to change.
