If you have a GO (Grocery Outlet) near you, stop and check it out. Their gourmet cheese selection and pricing is next to Audi's, but their sales of soon to be expired meats is great. I got 3#s of chicken tenders for about $3. At that price I sub it for hamburger in a lot of recipes. I've gotten sausage for 1/2 the market price. Produce is iffy, but for immediate use is okay. They have a lot of seasonal items, some useful some cheap knock-offs, and not worth the reduced price. The other thing I like is, I use a lot of walnuts and craisins in my chop salads and sandwich salads. Think chicken salad with golden raisins and walnuts, and they sell then in bulk bags at very good prices. If you mix your own trail mixes a must. I still shop Audi's, but some of their unfamiliar brands have been a disappointment. Thumbs up
