I'll ask this here since it is one of my WM Phals. As you can see in the photos I have roots coming out above the medium on these. This is actually one orchid with two parts coming out either side of the main stem. Should I unpot, carefully clip below the new roots and as I did my other Keikis this morning wrap in Sphagnum moss and hope for the best?
