I'm glad I'm not the only one who has this problem. It is my latest bloomer and it is always flopping over. I was not aware that Victoria Falls was known as a rebloomer. It has never rebloomed in my garden. I do have one iris whose name I have lost that reblooms regularly, so I know it is not the garden conditions.
