To make the "drench", you dissolve two ( I use 3-4 !) non buffered aspirin tablets in one gallon of water....and "drench" the affected plant.....I start at the first sign of trouble, and continue, periodically the rest of the season.......in theory, the aspirin causes the plants immune system to go into "high gear", thus protecting the plant "internally". I read of it in an old AIS bulletin , tried it, and, it DOES seem to help !
