@mishkab thanks for the insight. It was a toss up between Westplatte and Rouge Cardinal... I went with RC due to the pointed petals of the Westerplatte specimen photo that I posted.

BTW, I really enjoyed your clematis photos. Do you have any of your Cardinal?
