Thanks for the thought, muddy. I won't be back home now til August.

We are thrilled we can help our kids when we can.
The grandies are moving into their rooms. Trim work isn't done.
Waiting for the polyurethane to dry on the wood floor in the youngest's room to dry completely before he moves in. Hallway needs another sanding before it can be primed for painting. The bathroom didn't get done.
DIL is getting ready to head to VA this week for an intensive week of classes. She is working on her master's. I am staying here to help with the kiddos. Thankfully three of them will be going to a rec program in the mornings. LOL. They will even get picked up by a bus right next door at the firehouse. YAY!
Jeff just left to go home for a few days. He has a doctor app't and VBS at church. Probably heading to the Boston area kids next weekend for some carpentry work at their house. Then back to NY for a few days before we head to the Adirondacks to camp with the WHOLE family. Can hardly wait.
The Texas son has started his adventure early. He left Wed and drove to the start of the Appalachian trail so he could take a picture of the sign. Next day up the Shenandoah. Yesterday he ended up in MA at his brother's house. Today they are hiking some on THE trail. Sam will then leave Andy and take care of his car. Andy will continue hiking until his wife and kids pick him up after they fly to Boston to get their car at Sam's house. If it all goes well Andy will be on THE trail until the 22nd which is check-in day for our camping trip. I'd appreciate prayers for his safety. He did part of the trail 3 years ago and had awful weather and he got sick. This time he is hiking solo.
WOW! I was long-winded. Sorry. Hehehe.

Jeff has seen an owl several times fly in to a tree across the road in the evening and perch. I haven't seen it yet.
