I use local raw honey...it's said that some pollen allergies can improve if you use the raw honey from your own area. I really appreciate the bees and I love it when the bees are visiting my flowering plants like they are now. The bees never sting us. Some people will say that bees sting them...but then quite often it turns out that it's really yellowjackets or other wasps that sting them.
