I just grabbed the first hit, but if yiu google deer resistant plants or plants deer don't eat, you can find others...
http://www.finegardening.com/1...

They don't like salvias, other than Bog Sage, as I recall, they do like Bog Sage, they don't eat Cistus, Bex has 2 1/2 acres of stuff and the deer roam free, don't bother much, but she is heavy into the Aussies also, they have not bothered my Lumas, nor the Lonicer nitida nor the Leycesteria (though I've read that they do eat them sometines, they've not bothered mine...and deer are regional, Karen across the street says they eat her hydrangeas, they've not bothered mine...bex has lots of hydrangeas 45 miles North, but barb in Foret Dick, 7 miles away says they do eat hers.....I use lots of grasses they don't bother, they will eat some prairie grasses that are good for grazing...they've not bothered my Ninebark nor Dodoneas, Vine maple, Paperbark Maple...not my Filberts nor Hawthorn nor Sorbus, Lobelia tupa, Prostanthera, Centranthus.......there are a lot of things you can plant.....
I could be wrong...
and.....
"maybe I should have kept my mouth shut....."
The Urge for Seeds is Strong in This One.....
