I was told the pink ones need to be in a Terrarium, but I don't have that luxury, so mine went on a pebble tray. My red ones are doing great in the office on a pebble tray, kept filled with water. Oh, and I also put them in an African Violet pot, since they are from the AV family, and that seems to be working well too. This is my first attempt at growing them, so hopefully someone else can provide more detail for you.

Oh and one other thing, if you buy those plastic dishes like the one in my photo, they are really inexpensive, and work great, hold it up to the light, and make sure there are no cracks in the bottom of the tray. I had to take one back yesterday, because it was leaking. Right on top of my computer tower Thumbs down

I make sure I buy a tray that is bigger than the pot that is sitting in.
