Maybe some detailed photos of the foliage problems would give us some ideas of something new to try. Like they say, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is a definition of insanity.

Right now I am kind of stumped. You are already doing what I would do in this rainy situation. A few years ago when it was rainy here I added sugar and glycerine to my Miracle-Gro foliar feed as a supplement to lost photosynthesis in the absence of sunny days. That seemed to help, but unfortunately I didn't set aside an untreated patch as a control, so that was a lost opportunity to do a decent scientific experiment. Hydrogen peroxide might be another thing to try.
