When I save pollen, I dry it for a day or two, then make a tiny paper envelope for it from scrap paper (taping a sealing all the edges), then zip it into a ziplock bag, then put it in the fridge for use in a couple of months, or freezer if to be used later than that. Also, when I take it from the fridge or freezer, I let it come back to room temperature before I open the ziplock bag back up.
