Thank you both for your help. It only gets the edge of the ceiling fan on low which I have on for my phals. I'm close to coast in Mission Hills area. When I repotted I only went up an inch (not realizing it like a to be root bound), not going to disturb it anymore by downsizing so will just let it do it's thing. It does have some new leaf growth so I'll just be patient with it. Did put it on an humidity tray also.
