I'm a little embarrassed by the simplicity of my forms compared to all of yours. The Excel spreadsheets are certainly the way to go. I keep several documents that could all be contained on the one spreadsheet. Thanks to all of you for sharing your recordkeeping with me. Now if only I knew how to use Excel.
