My tall ones get knocked over, too, in our storms. Monsoon rains and near-hurricane force wind are not conducive to tall plants in the garden. Our storms are fierce, and being on top of this mini-mountain over the river doesn't help. We even have trouble keeping a roof and siding on the house.
