I never visited. Long story.

Hi Mike,

I am from Barnsley, South Yorks originally and my paternal grandparents were both from Wath (which is very near Barnsley) and were married and are buried in the churchyard there. My mother's family were from Hoyland Common. Barnsley but most of my family have died now I'm afraid.

I did leave Yorkshire for a long while though before moving back here.

Carol-- if you're interested look up the Boitzer taglilien site, Gerald Holts' own daylies are on there under page B (for Boitzer--those are all Geralds intros).

There are others of course but I would need to look out the website addresses for the others--I know about Gerald's as I have ordered from him this year thanks to Mayo.

He has a new one coming out soon called Boitzer Papillon which looks nice but I can't afford it yet.
