Thanks, Gene. 1. I think I did the multiple cuttings in about equal length, 2. I did plant them right side up, 3. I see the new growth have no yellow strip on edges which the original leaf did, 4. I don't remember as exactly how many days the cuttings got dried out, may be 10 days? I do remember that none of them grew root when planted.
