Mr. Lee, are they a mix of hardy and tender succulents? Do you have snow cover outside? It does look like they are getting to much water and not enough
light.

The photos of the sempervivum are not very clear, but it looks like it could be mealybug. Can you give us a clearer photo Mr. Lee?

Your dog planter is so cute. It almost looks real.
