You say that you've had that single stem of Red Dragon Flower for almost a year? I'm really surprised that it hasn't put on more growth in that amount of time. The container it's planted in looks extremely large to me so it may be concentrating on trying to fill that large pot with roots before it produces more top growth and spread. Being a single stem, I'd think it should be potted in a very small contain that has drainage holes in the bottom. The leaning habit looks fine to me, Huernia stems will grow somewhat upright as well as prostrate and with maturity, the stems become elongated as shown in some of the photos on this page in our database: Huernia (Ceropegia 'Red Dragon Flower')
