Oh, My Goodness!!!
Just as last year was my very first seed exchange, this will be my very first Not-A-Raffle-Raffle!!! To all those others born with the same peculiar addiction to living, growing treasures, I just want to tell you how excited I am about the coming together of like-minded addicts who ask nothing more of life than to share their wholesome, beautiful and often nourishing passion for gardening of all kinds: I am SO EXCITED!!!
It doesn't even matter whether or not I win anything! What matters is the sheer excitement of being in league with fellow lovers of life in all its miraculous forms! We share our hopes, our advice, and our victories (and sometimes, our "un-victories.") But through it all, we share a very special kind of unconditional love.
Below is a precious photo I took of a single Linaria "Faerie Bouquet" blossom. I grew them from seeds I received in last year's seed exchange! But look! See how God Our Creator has placed a puppy dog face on each of these beloved tiny flowers! Can you see it?
