No eclipse here in Germany, so I went to public garden and took some photos, no semps as they're currently restructuring that part of the garden, but what I consider Germany's most beautiful and colourful spider (Argiope bruennichi, called wasp or zebra spider in Germany). I found these two and another female in the yucca plants. Compared to other German spiders they're huge.
And then there was this blue damselfly contrasting nicely with the yellow flowers around.
