Just when I thought my daylily blooms season was completely done, I got a first ever seedling bloom. The seed was sowed in Fall 2016. (I for some reason didn't make a list, so the exact date is unknown, but I know it was like September or October that I sowed several seeds of this cross.)

This is TTT26 (which is a cross of CCC05 x Little Jet Setter):

It often surprises me what mixed genetics produce in a seedling bloom. These are the parents to the above seedling:
CCC05 (Laughing Clown x Zanti Misfit) Pod Parent:

Little Jet Setter (Pollen Parent):

Obviously, it looks mostly like it's daddy's side of the family! Thumbs up

It looks a little like "Little Dreamer" (a grandparent):
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Little Dreamer')
With the prominent eye of Little Pleasure (another grandparent):

The foliage reminds me of CCC05 and appears to be resistant to rust and multiplies pretty fast which explains why it already has 4 fans!

Interesting, huh?!
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.
