That is a great seedling, Becky, and vigorous, too. I have a similar experience with a cross from last summer.
I did two crosses last year using Baby Blue Eyes as the pollen parent.

I planted 4 seedlings of Dream Blue x Baby Blue Eyes and 6 seedlings of Prairie Blues Eyes x Baby Blue Eyes.
In both groups of seedlings, I have one seedling that already has four fans!
