Hi and welcome. This seems like a good time of year for you to try out the Sun Hostas. With the weather cooling, they will have all winter to get established for you, before the onslaught of summer next year. I'd certainly look for the coolest spot you can find for them.

I've thought of trying them out here, on the north side of my house where they'd be as cold as it gets, all winter for a little bit of dormancy. So be sure to keep us posted on how they do for you. Pictures are always welcome, and a good comparison on progress.
