I, too, like snow peas better than either the sugar pod (edible) varieties or shellable peas. I also just got an old timey sprouter from a friend (she dug it out and dusted it off for me) since the grocery stores are still afraid to sell alfalfa sprouts. Sheesh. I really miss sprouts in my sandwiches.

My go-to seed supplier is Territorial Seed, but that is rather geared toward the cooler and wetter Pacific Northwest, with a shorter growing season. Find a supplier that caters to your region is my advice.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
