I've gotten mine from White Flower Farms:
https://www.whiteflowerfarm.co... Although perhaps I should, I've never tried to winter them over or grown them from cutting. Other impatiens that I have tucked in a bit of soil and keep on the kitchen window sill have never done so well. If they don't ship internationally, perhaps you can find a retailer in your area who grows them.
