I am so happy to see everyone checking in here, and that for the most part, everyone is okay. I know it's going to be an upward climb to get things back to normal. As someone already said, it's one day at a time. Arlene, it's so nice to think of a new leaf unfurling after everything all the gardens have been through.

Maybe I can offer a tiny something in of support your efforts to clean up and, have beautiful gardens again.

While Irma was wreaking havoc, Dave set up a new Ideas Forum. https://garden.org/forums/view...

And he also set up the Sept. NARR. Evidently, it's the penultimate one.

I've offered 10 acorns each to the next 8 people who post a new idea on the new Ideas Forum. But by way of supporting all of you who are cleaning up in FL, I'd like to send some of those acorns your way. You can post your ideas to the new forum later, or not. I know 10 acorns isn't all that many, but it's enough for two NARR tickets and who knows, you may win some seeds or a new plant or a helpful tool to help you on your way.

So if you're cleaning up your Irma garden, just reply to this (best if you tag my username) and I'll send you 10 acorns. I have enough for the first 5 people who do so. Lovey dubby
You don't kick walls down, you pull the nails out and let them fall.
