Samigal, I'm glad you liked the "ShabbyJoe" site. You asked how how he sticks his glass flowers in the ground. He explains on his FAQ link: http://www.shabbyjoe.com/garde.... He uses hockey pucks on the back of the plates, and drills holes in the puck to hold the stem made from rebar. I read somewhere that someone living in a warmer climate (where hockey pucks are hard to find) used wooden disks, but I would personally worry about the wood splitting as it ages.
