It would also help if you could get a close up picture of the leaves. Not all Japanese maples are palmatums. And you won't find a link to Acer Palmatum Atropurpureum because it is isn't an named cultivar, just a result of natural pollination and seeding.
My first thoughts were a coral bark like Sango Kaku or perhaps a Katsura but that is ruled out by the red coloring in spring.
