Right off-hand I am going to go out on a limb and say no, they are not the same. "Garden Pleasure" is registered in the RHS Lily Register. I could not find "Garden Treasure" in the Register but it looks like B&D lilies has sold a lily that looks just like that as "Garden Treasure". But from the photos that I have seen of "Garden Treasure" the two look the same to me, right down to the purple stigma. Could be something is rotten in Denmark when it comes to the name of this lily.
